A great tool bundle for any professional!

CIRCUIT CUE includes a KLEIN OR GARDNER BENDER TESTER ARE THE TWO DEVICES YOU NEED FOR TESTING AC ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS.

Test the receptacle outlet for power and detect wiring problems before you connect..

 Instructions:

1. Plug the (KLEIN or Gardner Bender) tester into each receptacle being tested to vertify the circuit is on and wired correctly.

2. Then plug the Circuit Cue into a receptacle outlet.

3. With an IEC cable plugged into the bottom of the Circuit Cue, use an extension cord to access an AC receptacle away from the original receptacle plug that the circuit cue is plugged into.

Note: When the light is ON  you have two separate electrical phase circuits/breakers.

The Power Meter reads AC voltage and Ampere draw .

Max 15A

National Electrical Code (NEC) 80% Safety Rule TABLE 210.21(B)(2)

A 20-amp circuit should be no greater than 80% of 2,400 watts,

giving you an actual capacity of 1,920 watts or 16 amps.

By Code up to 10 receptacles can be installed on 1-20amp circuit breaker

If other devices are connected to the same breaker you can read a voltage drop with this Power Meter.  Example: A 124 reading would be with no load on the breaker.  If the voltage reading of 119v is measured, you could have a 5-6 amp draw on other receptacles connected to the same breaker.
