Return & Exchange Policy

NLFX Professional strives to provide the best products, at the best prices, with unmatched customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return* the item for a refund of the purchase price or an NLFX store credit.
If you have an issue with your order or need to return an item, you can simply login to your account and submit a return request. If you do not have an NLfx Customer account, please get in touch with an NLFX Professional representative at 218-444-2994 or weborders@nlfxpro.com . We can help you resolve the issue and return or exchange the item.
If you believe you received a defective product, contact one of our representatives or simply fill out an Online Support Form to get technical assistance or a Return Authorization Request.


If the item is determined to be defective or to have failed within the manufacturer's limited warranty period, we will assist you in getting the item repaired or replaced at our discretion. In some cases, the replacement may be issued directly by the manufacturer. In these cases, NLFX Professional will provide you with contact info and necessary documentation for manufacturer warranty coverage. This same policy applies to B Stock items that are listed as factory refurbished and carry a full manufacturer warranty. For all other returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return a defective item you may receive a refund of the purchase price or store credit, with the cost of shipping deducted from the total.

To ensure that your return or exchange is processed as quickly as possible and avoid delays or adjustments please contact an NLFX Professional representative.
A Return Authorization Request form will be emailed to you. Once you receive this email, please follow the included instructions.
• Please make sure that the return contains all original materials, including manuals and accessories.
• Pack the item in all original packing materials and double box with external packaging as well if that is how it was received.
• Please do not tape or glue the original packing closed as we will need to inspect the item upon receipt. Any damage to the item, accessories, or packaging may result in a restocking fee.
• Credit or Refunds will be issued after the item has arrived and been inspected by NLFX Professional.
Please send the item back using the same shipping method as it was received and provide tracking for the return shipment. It is recommended to ensure the return shipment if you have purchased your shipping labels for the return, to protect yourself from incurring any additional costs for damage that may occur during the shipping process.

Not all items may be returned. This includes but is not limited to special or custom orders, clothing, software, discontinued or close-out products, musical instrument accessories, fluids, cleaners, oils and gobos.
