The "Stealth" Effect
The dark smoked grey tint functions as a neutral density frost filter. When the fixture is illuminated, it creates a smooth, homogenized glow free of pixelation, perfect for "eye candy" effects on camera. When the fixture is powered off, the Stealth Dome allows the unit to blend into black backgrounds and stage floors, effectively making the technology disappear until it is needed.
